"As of today, while checking in to the hotel on November 12th, 2024, Tuesday evening: Good customer service folks I met are Stephanie and Laura Stephanie - outstanding from the phone help a day before , as well as on November 12th evening and November 13th evening... Outstanding. Laura who works in the night, who fixed the TV in the room on her night shift on Noember 12th 2024... Breakfast lady i took her name on November 14th 2024...but i..."

"My family was there to view the 2024 eclipse. We were thrilled with the truly friendly and fantastic service. The staff couldn't have been nicer and were incredibly pleasant to the capacity crowd. Special shout-out to Stephanie and the entire crew staffing the breakfast crowd (the same crew that did housekeeping after breakfast service). The location is fairly remote - not many restaurants or stores - but perfect for anyone visiting NSA Crane. HIGHLY RECOMMEND :-)"

"Michael and the front desk staff are awesome. Always willing to help you if you have a question or a problem. Really nice sized rooms and a really good breakfast. The only reason I don't give it 5 stars is due to the housekeeping (or lack there of). I have been here for 2 weeks now and my toilet and shower have not been cleaned once. I am on the extended stay side and they only do a deep clean..."

"The general manager Michael and his staff provided outstanding customer service for my team and I during our duration. We stayed at Mainstay Suites for approximately 6 months, 2 week durations. Everyone was always courteous, professional, and accommodating for each of stays. Thank you Michael for leading a great team!"

"I understand the no smoking laws and I abide by them. But it would be nice to have an area for the smokers who stay with you. At least a chair to sit in, or a cover to stand under. That would be considered a good gesture to some of your guests."
